Our client, a Multi-disciplinary Property Consultancy, are seeking a Real Estate Graduate to join them based from their head office in High Wycombe. The Graduate will be working alongside the Directors working across all areas of the business to gain an insight into different areas of the business. The Real Estate graduate will gain experience in the following areas to name a few; Property / Land Acquisition, Valuation, Business Rates, Development and Planning.

It is envisaged that the successful candidate will have completed of be close to completing a Real Estate Degree, industry experience is advantageous but by no means essential. The Candidate will need to be based within commuting distance of High Wycombe, be professional and will need to be seeking a long term role.

Real Estate Graduate Position Overview

Working for a Multi-disciplinary Property Consultancy based in High Wycombe
Working across multiple departments gaining industry experience
Gaining experience from the MD
Working through the APC process to gain an RICS qualification

Real Estate Graduate Position Requirements

Recently Graduated or Graduating in Real Estate (MSc / BSc considered)
Living within commuting distance of High Wycombe
Must be professional and presentable
Industry experience is advantageous but by no means essential
Must be seeking a long term role with desire to progress

Real Estate Graduate Position Remuneration

Salary: £20k – £25k DOE (may pay more depending on experience)
Holiday: 28 days plus Christmas shutdown
