Provide a comprehensive end to end best practice recruitment service, giving support and advice to line managers and the bp pulses business through all their resourcing requirements, bringing new talent in and developing existing talent within the organisation
* Support line managers through-out all stages of the recruitment process, from the initial brief through, identifying recruitment sourcing methods, sourcing suitable candidates, short listing, developing interview questions and assessments, and supporting in those interviews and assessments.
* Build effective working relationships with line managers, providing advice and guidance on recruitment polies and procedures
* Encourage recruitment best practice across the business
* Liaise with recruitment agencies
* Monitor, review and update recruitment procedures ensuring they are in line with current legislation and best practice
* Ensure meritocratic and fit for purpose approaches are used across all recruitment activities
