Are you a reliable Soft Landscaping Supervisor  with a landscaping background, based in the Milton Keynes area?

We are looking for dynamic people to maintain, organise and motivate various sites under your supervision, ensuring all services are delivered to a very high standard which meets customer expectations. The Soft Landscape Supervisor will have a salary DOE and their qualifications. The Supervisor will work to their own initiative identifying opportunities for improvement and driving business development in their area.

The successful candidate will work to their own initiative and organise resources to deliver an effective service delivery of the supervisor including but not limited to the following:

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED

A proven track record in delivering large landscape projects

Experience of running in house and sub-contract teams

Coordinate tool and material deliveries including storage and inventories of materials on site

Excellent horticultural and plant identification skills

Broad range of landscaping experience

Ability to handle detail, work to tight deadlines and solve problem in a proactive manner

Work closely to organise and control site labour, working closely with the Contract Manager to ensure that the correct resources are in the right place at the right time

Team player promote a positive working environment

Excellent planning and organisational skills

Passionate about landscaping, positive and self-motivated, with a can-do attitude

Drawing interpretation skills, able to recognise where further information is required

Ability to build relationships with in house, subcontract teams' clients and architects to ensure projects are completed on time

Capable of working under pressure with the ability to meet deadlines

Machinery tickets would be an advantage

Excellent attention to detail ensuring works are carried out to the highest standard first time

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

Current CSCS card preferably Gold Card

Current CPCS card

SSTS

Full UK driving licence would be preferable
