My Aylesbury based client are looking for a Mechanical Engineering Manager to join their team. As Mechanical Engineering Manager, you will be hands on and supervising a team of up to 15 operatives. Your main area of responsibility will be for a large piece of plant, which works to incinerate waste and produce pure metal. The machine is a vital part of the company process and their successful output so it is essential that the machine is well maintained and runs smoothly. As Mechanical Engineering Manager you will also be responsible for staff rotas and holidays. To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Mechanical Engineering qualification and/or be qualified by experience and you must also have team management experience. A strong work ethic, positive attitude and reliability will be qualities that my client will look for in potential candidates. The company reward longevity and loyalty. Working hours are Monday to Friday 7am-5pm and Saturday mornings 7am-12pm. Holiday allowance will be discussed upon application. Salary for this role will be up top c40K but negotiable depending on skills and experience
