Proposals Associate – Clinical
Permanent Position
Company site Buckinghamshire (fully remote UK with 2 meetings per Qtr on site)
Salary: Competitive
Responsibilities include:
Proposal creation for all allocated sales opportunities globally
Budget creation in line with scope of work and proposal; mapping of budget into client templates where required
Amendments and revision of proposals as per client and commercial development team requests
Liaison with Commercial Development team to define scope of work where required
Liaison with internal teams including project management, vendor contracts management and others to obtain functional input for proposals
Internal distribution of proposals for review
Filing of all RFP related documentation into Opportunity database
Ensuring all RFP and amendment deadlines are adhered to
Ensuring all proposals are approved by Head of Proposals
Creation of client documents for issue via the Commercial Development Team
Attendance and presentation at Operational Handover meeting as required
General:
Participation in continuous review and updating of proposal tools and models.
Participation and contribution to commercial development meetings as appropriate.
Skills Requirement:
Degree in legal, life science, pharmacy, nursing or relevant discipline.
Previous experience in the drug development industry
Prior sales and or proposal experience
Basic understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and Clinical Trial Methodology (CTM)
Strong technical and problem-solving skills
Highly computer literate, including MS Office software.
Excellent attention to detail and drive quality.
Excellent organisational, planning, resource and general management skills.
Excellent communication skills and demonstrates collaborative behaviors.
