About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Planner/ Administrative Assistant o join our team.
The purpose of the role is to provide a high quality administrative function to the Statutory Services Team.
On the Job you will be :
Processing invoices in a timely manner.
Assisting in the administration of the legionella compliance programme, issuing of work and day to day running of diaries.
Raising of works orders for the legionella programme.
Liaising with legionella external contractor and plumbing operatives.
Providing telephone cover if required
To maintain appropriate electronic and paper based administrative systems for the department. Files may be of a personal or sensitive nature.
Use a wide range of IT and soft ware applications including Word and Excel plus external portal (Opuz) for legionella.
Process work to high standards and strict deadlines.
Comply with the Trust’s corporate policies including, Health & Safety and Equality and Diversity.
Undertake any other duties of a similar level or responsibility
About You
We’re looking for someone who understands how to connect with people and is great at attention to detail and problem solving skills .
You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:
Experience of providing high quality of administrative support for a team or managers
Organised approach to record keeping
Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills
Proficient in the use of IT applications including Outlook, Word, Excel
Ability to process invoices in a timely manner
Excellent organisational, time management and prioritisation skills
The minimum qualifications required is good general level education to include at least NVQ level 3 or equivalent
