We have an amazing opportunity for a Service Manager with experience working with learning disabilities, Mental Health and Autism, to join our well established client and their team based in Milton Keynes.

This is an exciting chance to demonstrate your strong managerial skills, as well as your understanding of mental health issues, compassion and client focus.

Our client is looking for a Health and Social care qualification or equivalent, minimum NVQ level 5 and previous experience as a Service Manager.

You must have a kind, caring and compassionate nature, as well as being highly organised, and experienced working for a CQC registered company. Excellent communication skills are essential, as well as a driving licence, as visiting other sites is imperative. You will be responsible for the daily management of residential/Supported Living establishments, which provide care for many different client groups.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm. Company benefits include Company car, laptop and mobile phone for business use.
