Telemarketing Advisor

Temporary 6 Months

£11.00 per hour plus holiday pay

Milton Keynes

We are looking for an individual with a friendly telephone manner and a positive approach to making OUTBOUND MARKETING CALLS to generate leads for the sales team. This role is working in a targeted environment for a prestigious car manufacturer.

Your day will be spent making a high volume of calls to potential customers who have been contacted by email previously. Your aim is to secure a probable lead to pass to the sales team within the retailer network. Working across the entire brand including cars, vans and trucks you will be responding to inbound calls, emails and live chat.

Our Telemarketing Advisor needs to have:

A friendly, polite telephone manner
Be charismatic and enthusiastic
An understanding of exceptional customer service
Enjoys working in a targeted environment
Effective communication skills
Good organisational skills
Experience in a customer facing environment
