Excellent opportunity for a Lead DevOps Engineer with strong knowledge of Linux environments to join a financially strong, stable, and well ran organisation in a highly varied and interesting role where you can progress your career.

Through this period a lot of companies have struggled due to COVID-19, however through working with a range of key clients this business has continues to thrive. Through growth they are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join their busy team.

In this role you will be responsible for integrating existing tools and software to improve the productivity of the development and support teams. You will work with a varied team in the UK and across Europe while leading more junior members of the team.

The ideal candidate will be a DevOps Engineer with strong knowledge of Linux environments with strong skills in infrastructure, operations and development. You will have experience designing System Architecture using AWS.

The role:
*Supporting an e-commerce platform
*Integrating tools and software to improve productivity of the development and support teams
*Help expand DevOps practices to the wider team
*Provide leadership to the DevOps team
*Working with other team members in the UK and Europe
*Remote with occasional travel to Leicester

The person:
*DevOps Engineer
*Linux
*Experience in team lead or mentoring junior members of the team
*Infrastructure, Operations & Development
*Designing System Architecture using AWS
*MongoDB cluster, Elastic Search, Node.JS Applications beneficial
*Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Scripting, Bash, Python, Ruby, CI, Jenkins, Agile, Docker, Kubernetes all beneficial
