Nurse qualified Clinical Quality Assurance Manager / Quality & Compliance Manager required to join major elderly care home provider to oversee the improvement of clinical care delivery to a small number of nursing homes across Buckinghamshire.

As Clinical Quality Assurance Manager / Quality & Compliance Manager you will oversee the clinical management and development of nursing homes / care homes delivering care to elderly frail users and dementia sufferers. All nursing homes within the care provider's portfolio are of a very high quality. As Clinical Quality Assurance Manager / Quality & Compliance Manager you will join a care and quality focused organisation and ensure superb levels of care are delivered at all times.
You will work in a hands on clinical related role where you will oversee clinical governance, clinical audits and oversee all clinical care delivery within homes. As Clinical Manager / Clinical Quality Manager you will oversee wound management, falls audits etc.
Clinical Quality Assurance Manager / Quality & Compliance Manager candidates must have proven quality assurance and auditing skills. Candidates MUST be nurse qualified. You will oversee all clinical management within homes and ensure care to residents is of the very highest standard.

Requirements:
• Nurse qualification – RGN
• Strong home management skills / clinical skills / quality assurance skills
• Care home troubleshooting experience
• Ability to travel / Driving license
