StartUp Logistics are recruiting for a Graduate Brand Account Manager within their Fulfilment Services operations team.

Startup Logistics are recruiting for Brand Account Manager to be part of their fulfilment Services team.
Startup Logistics manages food brands fulfilment by providing warehousing and order fulfilment services from our forever expanding warehouse. As a Brand Account Manager, your role will be involved with managing up to 20 customers spanning multinational beer companies, protein bars, champagnes, meals kits to new exciting brands who have only just launched bringing their product to market. Our team in Aylesbury process over 1000 orders a day including inventory management, picking, packing, despatching orders, building gift packs, writing personalised messages and texting customers when their orders are on the way.
About the Role
Due to the expansion of Startup Logistics a Graduate Brand Manager role has opened up to join the team based at Aylesbury, Bucks.
You will be looking after up to 20 brands of new and existing customers.
Your ultimate responsibility is to build relationships with each of your brands and manage the day to day performance of their fulfilment.
Responsibilities
* Creating strong relationships to understand your customers brand, to exceed their expectations with the highest level of service and support ensuring the smooth running of their logistics direct to the customers hands.
* Develop ideas on how to increase their orders through collaborations and sharing of knowledge from other
* Talk to brands about our additional services including personalisation, amazon fulfilment and gifting
* Be able to work on your own but also part of a team
* Regular check-ins with your Brand owner in order to deliver customer satisfaction and support
* Managing your own time to ensure that it is spent efficiently and effectively to ensure that all enquiries are delt within a timely manner.
* Competent in using excel and our internal warehouse management system orderwise
* Perform Stock Checks when necessary
* Replying to customers within 2 hours with delivery or account enquiries
* Ensuring accounts are profitable, tracking workflow and additional charges
* Ensuring all invoicing queries are resolved with brands in a timely manner
