Job Spec:
* Assisting customers with part identification
* Preparing customer quotations
* Accurate input of customer order information onto departmental systems
* Booking received parts in and orders out on inventory system
* Picking, packing and despatching parts
* Liaising with our Parent Company in Germany as well as external suppliers
* Perform twice yearly stock take
* Organise spare part packages for service engineers, costing service reports and obtaining customer PO’s
* Receiving and recording details of Service Exchange parts ready for return to parent company in Germany
* Keeping warehouse clean and organised
* General admin duties
* Other ad hoc duties
Essential Skills:
* IT Literate (training will be provided for in house software)
* Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
* Able to work autonomously as well as part of a team
* Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
* Good organisation and time management
