The ideal candidate will support the Brand Manager and Marketing Manager in the day-to-day. This is an exciting role for an ambitious candidate who will enjoy the benefits of working within a fast-paced environment for an
initial interim period of 4 months
You would report directly to the Brand Manager, so there’s plenty of headroom if you are hungry to learn and ambitious. This will allow you to show off your multitasking skills, your ability to work closely with the wider marketing team and deliver ahead of schedule.
Whether you are managing internal and external communications; you should be able to think on your feet and find solutions that support the smooth day-to-day running.
You will be personally responsible for the management and delivery of various projects at any one time, so the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload is a must with a meticulous eye for detail.
Key responsibilities:
Interim 4 month contract
Day-to-day management of multiple small projects e.g., Gift your Gear and internal team communications
Manage the image library & creative assets (images, copy, headlines, pricing information and product code lists)
Marketing planning support
Support the writing of copy for web / social / product videos
Support with sample administration – ordering, checking, returning to stock Gift you Gear administration
Must be able to work under pressure, to multi-task and a ‘can do attitude’
Skills & Capabilities
Marketing Degree 2:1 or equivalent
At least 2-year experience of working within a marketing consumer brand
Copywriting experience
Clear understanding of FTP and other document transfer technologies.
Understanding of brand communications, content strategy and TOV
A passion for the outdoors and travel.
To be proficient in PowerPoint, Word & Excel.
Written communication skills to the highest standard
Enthusiasm and willingness to go above and beyond
A social, fun and outgoing personality
Strong communicator and team player
