THE ROLE:

An automotive electronics business in Birmingham require a Requirement Management Co-ordinator/ Administrator for an initial 6-month contract. This role has the opportunity to extend or go permanent if you wish.

Your role will be to facilitate and support requirements management activities for the business's cross functional teams. These teams deliver automotive electronics projects to some of the biggest automotive manufacturers in the globe.

In this role you will be responsible for administrative related tasks.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

Providing support to the requirements management of projects
Importing Customer requirement documents into Requirements Management tool
Co-ordinating requirements reviews and associated review meetings
Co-ordinating the capture of test evidence in the Requirements Management tool
Capturing metrics for requirements status, traceability and test coverage
Supporting impact analysis for Customer change requests
Supporting administrative tasks in line with company NPD processes
Supporting the upload of documentation onto the companies Quality Management System
Generating specifications from the Requirements Management tool
Supporting the setup of new projects in multiple tools, including Requirements Management
Supporting adherence to the development processes

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Excellent at doing administration tasks
Experience of documentation generation
Confident collaborating in a cross-functional team
Strong communication skills; oral and written
Strong organization, planning and time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:

Requirements Management experience
Experience with Requirements Management tools e.g. as Jama, DOORS or similar
Automotive industry
JIRA
Agile/Scrum
