Business Development Executive – IT & Communications
Location: Bedford
Base Salary – £20,000 with generous uncapped commission + Progression + Training

Do you have experience generating new business leads within the IT / Telecoms sector and want to be a part of something exciting? Do you have a working knowledge of IT and Internet solutions? Are you good at building strong relationships and networking?

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a proactive, ambitious Business Development Executive to join a leading provider of IT, Cloud and Communications support undertaking a period of rapid expansion into new territory.

The successful candidate will be a highly motivated, organised, and adaptable individual with a passion for technology and a real desire to succeed. You will play a pivotal part of our clients' fantastic sales team helping them to secure new clients and relationships. In return you will have plenty of scope for long-term career progression with a generous commission scheme in an excellent company with a real ambition for success and a down-to-earth approach.

Key responsibilities:

Developing new business relationships as well as retaining the existing client base
Working to KPI's and SLA's
Achieving steady growth and exceeding sales targets.
Attending networking events and increasing business opportunities through proactive lead generation.
Reporting and presenting sales results to Sales Director.
Keeping up to date with products, services, and competitors.

The ideal candidate will have:

The ability to sell products and services confidently.
Strong relationship building skills.
Ambitious attitude with the desire to develop and succeed.
Performance driven and relish challenges.
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Previous knowledge of IT, voice, and internet solutions and/ or IT marketing experience is desirable but not essential.
Clean UK driving Licence.
