Contract Manager

– Civil / Quantity Surveyor / Legal background ideal

– £55k – £60k & car, 8% bonus, 28 days holiday, excellent pension, private health, life assurance & training / development

– South East (any location)

Overview:

The Person:

We are open to the person who comes in to this role… But we do need someone who can hit the ground running. We would ideally want someone with a good civil / legal background, as making sure the contracts are compliant in existing & new buildings / projects is pretty important!

If you have any experience around the likes of energy, engineering, building management systems etc. that would be great, but we can train you up on all that as we are a world leading company in this field.

But more someone who wants to come in to this role, do a great job but use it as a spring board to more senior roles within the organisation that could see you work anywhere around the world (if you wanted to),

The Role:

As a Contract Manager, your key deliverables are to improve our Customer Satisfaction, whilst increasing revenues and profitability, minimising risk & debt and ensuring we deliver to the highest possible standard.

Working on a range of different contracts & projects, once projects are won your will be the person who will be negotiation contracts, reviewing all the documents and work closely with the sub-contractors within your team.

You can be located wherever in the South East, using our offices when needed and working from home when needed – you decide how best to make the role work.
