Quality Personnel are recruiting a Customer Service Manager for our multi-national client based in MK.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have proven Customer Service Management experience with demonstrable leadership skills (change management would be advantageous).

You will be responsible for the management of a team of 4 Customer Service Co-ordinators.

SAP experience is essential along with excellent Word and Excel skills to an intermediate level.

Ideally you will have worked within a Sales/Distribution environment and educated to degree level or equivalent (business administration, logistics, supply chain)

Duties to include: (a full JD is available)

• Supervise / process / co-ordinate the sales orders and samples

• Ensure consistent high service delivery to the customers

• Provide customer specific reports

• Supervise claims management and guide the team to manage complaints and to provide appropriate solutions

• Empower Customer Service Team to reach their targets

• Identify areas of improvement in order to drive process optimisation and implement most efficient tools

• Ensure effective and good communication with the sales organisation / warehouse and keep them regularly updated on customer account development and internal processes

• Communicate with 3rd party forwarders regarding customer deliveries

• Support accurate demand planning: Sales forecasts and capacity planning

• Review the structure, quantity and quality of the Customer Service in order to ensure optimal use of resources

• Lead and manage the Customer Service Team and set clear targets & priorities in line with the strategy

• Monitor, coach, motivate, train and develop the team
