We are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic individual to deliver high-quality training for an innovative retail platform. You will have the ability to keep your audience engaged and invested in your content. It will be your responsibility to deliver engaging content through the use of webinars, e-learning and site-based training.
We are looking for someone to be a trusted source of information and subject matter expert. What will your responsibilities be?
You will provide high-quality training to internal and external candidates.
You will help develop and maintain training collateral material.
You will help monitor and evaluate the training programs effectiveness, success and ROI periodically.
You will understand the market and our competition to be able to communicate the strengths and weaknesses.
What skills do you need?
You will be able to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively.
You will have extensive experience within an Account Management or Training role.
You will have experienced delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs.
You will be equipped with traditional and modern training methods.
You will be able to adapt technical language into non-technical business terms and vice versa.
You will be able to pick up and act on clients needs and feed this into product development.
Salary: GBP24,000 – GBP27,000, DOE, 25 days holiday + bank holidays, your birthday off (if its a weekday!), free parking, pension scheme, team events throughout the year.
Location: Cranfield, Bedfordshire with travel.
