An established and expanding healthcare finance company are seeking a Business Development and Marketing Assistant to join their team in Amersham offering a salary of £21,000 – £26,000 OTE.

As a Business Development and Marketing Assistant you will:

Report to the Business Development Director, the role requires a candidate who can work autonomously and undertake a range of responsibilities, with focus to develop and manage a Sales pipeline.
Be the first point of contact for enquiries and ascertain relevant information required by the Company.
Research and prospect potential new leads and conduct research to improve and update data held within the CRM.
Develop digital and social media content, mostly Linkedin and Twitter to ensure the business meets its growth plan.
Coordinate the exhibition and conference strategy, with travel to conferences / exhibitions as required ( may include overnight stays).
Manage the production of marketing material, including leaflets, pop-ups, HTML emails, and flyers.
Manage Google Ad campaigns.
 

To be successful in the role of Business Development and Marketing Assistant you will have the following ability / experience:

·         Ability to work independently with the research and pipeline building focus of the role
·         Relevant experience including Social media and digital marketing experience, including using Linkedin as a marketing tool, google analytics, HTML, running email campaigns and Google advert campaigns and familarity with CRM platforms.
