CNC Turner – Nights

My client, a leading engineering company based close to High Wycombe are looking to recruit an experienced CNC Turner Programmer (Mazak) on a permanent basis. The role will be working on a permanent nightshift working 19.30 – 06.00 Monday to Thursday nights (4 nights per week x 10 hours per night) totalling 40 hours per week.

Main duties:

* To set, operate and program CNC Lathes using Mazak controls.

* Be a competent programmer using Mazatrol.

* Have the ability to program / edit and prove out new CNC programs.

* 1st off and in-process inspection ensuring quality of parts is of required standard.

Experience:

* Have a minimum of 2-3 years programming experience.

* Mazak / Mazatrol essential.

* Experienced CNC Turner.

* Problem solver.

* Self-motivated.

* Ability to work unsupervised.

Hours of work are 19.30 – 06.00 Monday to Thursday nights covering 40 hours a week.

Attractive salary on offer, between £21.76 – £24.48 per hour dependent on skill level and experience.
