I am looking to on-board a Solution Architect, on a consultancy-basis, to support a global Technology Professional Services organisation, around maximising the value of solutions to their customers.

THE ROLE:

As a key member of the Professional Services team, you will be required to understand their client's business objectives and solution requirements
Daily engagement with large, technically complex, and demanding client accounts.
Set client's expectations and negotiate priorities.
Travel to client's site to provide on-site process analysis, consultation, training, and assistance to customers (in line with government/Covid guidelines)
Perform review of client business processes and understand relevant operations.
Establish and help document processes, procedures, customizations, and configuration.
Work collaboratively with Technical Architects & partner's solution & technical teams to design solutions that best meets the client's requirements, with a strong focus on the desired outcomes.
Support clients through go-live, and be hands-on with promoting solution adoption and ensuring a smooth & well documented transition into run time support
Combine technical knowledge and consulting skills, with the view of developing ideas that can be delivered as solutions

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

A minimum of 8 years commercial experience as a Solution Architect
Strong consulting skills (team facilitation, business case development, strong business analysis skills, process mapping, and business process redesigning)
The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Extensive experience in the services, solutions, and consulting industry with a strong understanding of vertical markets processes
You will ave strong enterprise-level business project experience with strong process analysis, design and documentation skills
Proven experience with working successfully with deep SME's, as well as key stakeholders
Experience with end-to-end inventory control (RFID)
Experience of cloud integration (ESB's, IBM Messaging, Rest api)
Good knowledge of security appreciation
You will be educated to Bachelor's degree level
