Role: Estimator

Location: Buckinghamshire plus flexible working from home

Company: Tier 1 Contractor

My client is looking to recruit an Estimator OR an Assistant / Junior looking to develop and soon step up, to help price and develop various bids within strategic highways and local authority highways maintenance contracts across the UK

The successful candidate would have ideally worked in Preconstruction for civils or highways projects, however other construction backgrounds will be considered

Duties:

Prepare financial elements of the tender
Pricing the tender using Estimating software
Assist the bid / tender team in any post tender negotiations
Price preliminaries and reconcile pricing with Planning teamRequirements:

Suitable Qualification (preferably degree qualified)
Civils background
Excellent Estimating experience
