Sales Order Processor / Estimator:
We are working alongside our clients who are leading manufacturing suppliers for specific products in England, they are looking to find an Order Processor to join their busy team due to business expansion.
Main Responsibilities:
* Process orders accurately and efficiently
* Liaise and work closely with the field sales team, factory and customers to process quotation requirements
* To read and understand drawings with the ability to discuss potential problems and the confidence to suggest alternative solutions
* Keep all parties updated with order time frames
* To build and maintain relationships with internal and external business customers
* Confident telephone manner and able to deal with difficult situations and queries
Experience Required:
* Previous experience of Business Micros Logikal software desired
* Aluminium experience desired
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to multi-task with a positive can-do attitude
* Accurate data input and order processing skills
* Manufacturing Industry knowledge would be advantageous but not essential
Benefits:
* Office hours 9am – 5pm Monday – Friday with optional paid overtime available and time and a half
* Salary £26,000 negotiable, plus overtime and bonus
* 20 days holiday plus bank holidays
