My client are a well established main contractor who work on largescale new build projects retail projects across the UK. They are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join the team, first project being in Buckinghamshire!

Ideal candidate:
* Must have worked on numerous new build supermarkets project.
* Design focused.
* Strong leader who is able to adapt to adapt to new situations quickly and provide solutions.
* Excellent relationship building skills.
* Ambitious individual who has strong communication skills
* Must hold SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS and ideally be educated to Degree/ HNC level.
Duties will include:
* Having overall responsibility for a new build supermarket.
* Ensuring the programme is executed in line with the design, budget and timescales agreed with the client.
* Managing the day to day activities on site ensuring targets are met.
* Managing relationships with the client.
* Managing the Site Team.
* Completing progress reports.
* Ensuring the highest level of health and safety is maintained in line with the company Safety Policy and Health & Safety Regulations.
* Overseeing the day to day activities on the site including coordination of subcontractors, plant and material.
* Enforce a high level of quality control on site by carrying out regular safety checks, tool box talks and site inductions.
