Senior Building Services Manager

Buckinghamshire

£70,000 – £75,000 + Benefits

Senior Building Services Manager required to work across the East and the West Midlands region for a well-established Main Contractor who have been operating since the 1950's. You will be joining a well-established contractor who have delivered excellence and pioneered construction projects throughout the UK for decades.

As a Senior Building Services Manager you will be taking a lead role within the M&E team and with all pre-construction activities. You will be responsible for tender analysis, submission of bids and and bid management and work close with the pre-construction team.

It is imitative that you have experience at a senior / regional level as you will be reporting to the Head of M&E on an operational level as well as management experience. This is not an office based role, as you will also have involvement in the management of projects on site.

We require a strong senior building services manager who can communicate correct information to all channels of the construction process. Can retain management on all internal and external bodies involved in the project.

This is an exciting opportunity and you will be a major part of the missing link to the M&E team.
