I am working with a fantastic elderly care provider who are currently looking to recruit a Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager for a nursing home / care home in the High Wycombe area. Commutable from High Wycombe, Aylesbury, Maidenhead, Marlow, Beaconsfield, Amersham, Hemel Hempstead, Thame, Reading etc.
I am looking for an experienced Nursing Home Manager to manage and develop a wonderful nursing home. The home is a beautiful looking building with great facilities. It is newly built with great facilities. The home is incredibly highly regarded in its local community. The care home / nursing home offers nursing and residential care to older people including frail elderly & dementia services users.
The care home / nursing home requires a hands on Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager with a passion for delivering the best care. Nursing Home Manager candidates must be a registered nurse / RGN. Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager candidates should have previous home management experience and solid knowledge of nursing / elderly care.
Our client is looking to develop this home and to ensure wonderful, high levels of care are delivered at all times

Requirements:
– RGN / RMN Nurse qualification essential
– Strong care home management / nursing home management skills
