Salary: Starting at £11,284 per annum, progressing to £19,747 per annum with satisfactory performance and successful completion of level 4 qualification.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone interested in Communications to achieve a nationally recognised level 3 qualification, with the opportunity to progress to level 4 during the apprenticeship.
The apprenticeship will run for three years, and will combine on-the-job learning and online study, including Skype tutorials and peer support.
On the Job you will:
Create content across channels and platforms within budget and evaluate success
Identify drivers for customers
Understand the importance of brand
Gain industry knowledge
Learn from Communication professionals and housing experts
In your tutorials you will learn about:
Using creative content across channels and platforms
The different styles of writing and tone of voice
The end to end production of content development
Emerging technologies and trends
Regulatory and legal requirements of media assets
About You
We’re looking for someone who understands how to connect with people and is great at getting information across in a way that’s easy to understand.
You might be an enthusiastic YouTuber and love making new videos to share, or maybe you’re an avid blogger with a flare for writing.
If you’re open minded, confident, compassionate and want to learn more about Communications then we’d love to hear from you!
You will ideally have skills and attributes that include:

The minimum qualifications required are 4 GCSEs at grade A* to D or equivalent including Mathematics and English.
