Our client is a leading housing developer and currently have an immediate need for an Assistant Quantity Surveyor for a major project in Milton Keynes.
The project consists of 1-3 bedroom apartments
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be working very closely with the Senior Quantity Surveyor.
Duties include:
• Carry out project variations assessments and assist in assessing the impact of proposed variations.
• Provide Line Manager with information for Client Report.
• Produce bill of quantity/activity schedule for payment purposes.
Initially a 3 months contract which is likely to be extended.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years experience, working as a surveyor within the housing / apartment sector.
