I am currently working on a Customer Experience Specialist position, working for a modern, fast paced, energetic company.
As a Customer Experience Specialist you will be providing high quality customer service via email and over the telephone. You will have a good understanding of processes and be tech savvy. You will be supporting with troubleshooting queries, and need be consistent with attending to the customer's requirements. You will be building and maintaining strong customer relationships over the phone and be assisting with admin duties as and when required.
For this role you will need to be a team player, a hard worker with an excellent eye for detail. You will enjoy dealing with customers on a daily basis over the phone and have customer service experience within an office environment. You must be confident in using Word, Excel and quick to learn new systems. Have experience troubleshooting and investigating any queries.
