The Compliance Manager will support our Energy Company Obligation (ECO) delivery and will take on a lead role within the compliance team, directly managing a pool of Compliance & Reporting Analysts.

Compliance Manager – Energy Company Obligation (ECO):

You must have people management experienceThe Compliance Manager will support our Energy Company Obligation (ECO) delivery and will take on a lead role within the compliance team, directly managing a pool of Compliance & Reporting Analysts.

This is a key role within the organisation and the candidate is expected to be well versed with the relevant ECO regulations and keep the company knowledge base updated. They will be accountable for the successful management of all ECO submission and reporting deliverables, including tracking and monitoring KPIs, supply chain liaison and internal reporting. The most crucial element of the role is managing and supporting all members of the Compliance Team.

ECO compliance:

Overall management of the Compliance Team ensuring that the team workload is monitored on a daily bases and ensuring business SLA's are met.
Providing training and development to the ECO team as and when required.
This also includes the training of any new employees joining the business.
Being an escalated point of contact for the ECO team and suppliers with guidance on ECO compliance requirements.
Inducting new supply chain partners and providing relevant training on the Company's requirements. .
Keep up to date with all ECO related developments and engaginging with relevant stakeholders which may include, the regulator Ofgem, BEIS & energy company partners.
Update all stakeholders on any changes in legislation and compliance requirements.Managing Documents and Records:

Reporting of measures – overall responsibility for the submission of compliant ECO measures to all of our energy company partners in line with KPIs
Maintaining and managing all relevant databases.

You will have recent detailed knowledge of Energy Obligation – ECO experience
You will have people management experienceThe successful applicant will have responsibility for a wide range of management, administration and analytic duties to support the on-going operations of the company. You will be required to assist with the implementation of critical business
processes. It is therefore essential you are impeccably organised, possess excellent communication skills, have a keen eye for detail and the ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure.

Job Offer

circa £35,000 – £45,000 dependant upon experience and a level of flexibility to work from home a couple of days a week if required.
