We are looking for a Deputy Nursing Home Manager to work in an excellent, medium to large sized nursing home towards the south of Milton Keynes. This is an excellent opportunity for you to work for a progressive company that invests in their staff and offers promotional prospects. This home, like many others in the group is rated 'Good' in all areas by the CQC. This role is available as the previous Deputy Manager was promoted within the company.
You must be a RGN or RNA, (not RMN, RNLD or RNMH), and should have worked previously as one of the following: Senior Nurse, Lead Nurse, Clinical Lead, Unit Manager or Deputy Manager in a care home setting.
This is a supernumerary role (9am-5pm) mostly however you will have to work different hours on occasion.
There is a generous salary up to £46,000 per annum and other benefits are as follows:
