Maintenance Planner – Energy from Waste
Up to £50,000 + Benefits
Milton Keynes

Introduction
We are actively recruiting for a Maintenance Planner to join the Maintenance Department of an Energy from Waste facility in Milton Keynes. This plant comprises of a waste recycling facility, anaerobic digestion plant and gasification EFW plant. The Maintenance Planner will be responsible for planning maintenance services and taking a lead in the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities on site.

Roles and Responsibilities
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, typical duties will include:

Implement routine, planned and reactive maintenance tasks in line with the maintenance programme and individual's skillset
Execute and comply with the company policies and procedures (health and safety, management of change and procurement)
Manager and prioritise workload for the Maintenance Team
Liaise with service providers/contractors to define work schedules and duties
Work with Maintenance Manager to create plan covering 12, 24, 72 month and 25-year plan (to cover the plant lifespan)

Skills and Qualifications

A minimum technical qualification of HNC/HND in Engineering
Experience with Contract Administration
CSCS Card or ability to hold relevant professional card.
Previous experience in Mechanical, Electrical or Control and Instrumentation maintenance.
Full UK Driving License
