Marketing Manager – Chester/ North Wales – Home and Office based
Up to £50,000 Depending on experience plus company car
ViTalent is proud to be working alongside an innovative and vibrant business to secure a commercially minded Marketing Manager.
Reporting to the Sales Director, this is a high-profile client role within the business and will entail all aspects of Marketing within the group.
Main responsibilities:
* Work alongside the Sales Director, Heads of Services, and Group board to understand and articulate the technology led, unique market proposition to current and potential customers, to become THE industry expert with clear, added value thought leadership communication to customers.
* Utilise modern collateral and channels to build our presence with key stakeholders, including attendance at key customer networking events with the aim of increasing inbound interest in group.
* Manage websites, clearly communicate our unique technology led solutions and that material is up to date and refreshed to drive increased traffic, including use pro-active customer communications and social media.
* Create and implement a clear annual plan of key events, with clear messaging around how the group services can add value to customers.
* Work in partnership with Business Development team to create a bespoke marketing plans to support our growth aspirations in identified growth channels and clients.
* Lead and develop the current marketing team ensuring that all objectives are met and development plans in place.
* Deliver training to the wider team on all aspects of social media to support accelerated messaging of group services
* Track and monitor the groups’ online presence
* Lead by example in delivering all aspects of the role to a high standard with integrity and passion and a sense of urgency.
* Ability to quickly understand and adapt to changes within clients, building and sustaining deep contact strategies up to and including board level contacts.
* Ability to lead cross functional projects to deliver additional value propositions
Role Requirements:
* Proven ability to create and implement a clear and concise group marketing vision, supporting our long-term growth aspirations and to execute the strategy with limited expenditure.
* Experience of working with multiple marketing platforms, associated software, and external agencies.
* Preferred experience of field marketing / marketing agency sector along with a proven track record of dealing directly with customers within T4 Grocery, Convenience and OOH sectors.
* Preferred experience of working within both existing customer management and new business development.
