Protocol are currently recruiting with a successful client based in the Buckinghamshire area for a temporary Motor Vehicle Technician .

Last rated as GOOD in 2013, the client provides exceptional facilities built to industry standards, helping its students with the necessary equipment and teaching to progress further into their chosen fields. They are passionate about helping people of all ages and abilities to achieve their learning goals and life aspirations.

Role responsibilities

* Support the lecturer in the set up and running of the workshop
* Motivating learner in their study area
* Adhering to health and safety standards
* Risk assessment and COSSH Management
* Regular maintenance checks and record keeping

The person & qualifications

* Must have experience as Motor vehicle technician in industry or education
* DBS must be on the online update service or dated within 12 months via Protocol
* A strong practical background in Automotive training, engineering or a similar practical trade
