Hire and Office Controller 22-25k plus x2 yearly bonus

Are you an experienced Hire desk Controller with great PC and organisational skills?

My client is busy – in fact busier than ever and as a result urgently require and additional member of their team. This role will be based on site ( Covid secure office) and due to the location of the office you must have your own transport.

Monday to Friday 7.30am- 4.30pm with very occasional weekends to be worked to cover stock take. The company are fabulous and really look after their staff- as well as twice yearly bonus there will be additional training available and when the landscape changes, a weekend away over the Xmas period ( all fully paid for!)

Role duties

* Working with Insphire ( train if needed) you will be producing numerous reports and raising on hire contracts

* Booking in of PO’s

* Creating stock items and searching for any variances

* Completion of off hires

* Updating service fleet records

* Planning of all work orders and checking availability of logistics and fleet

* Lots of client liaison and managing queries

* Monthly audit of the depot

* Checking of vehicle servicing – MOT and tax to be always in date

* Risk assessments

* Ensuring training records are kept up to date

* First aid and fire marshal duties- training will be given

* If you have no Counterbalance licence the company will help you to obtain this as you will be expected to assist on occasion with the loading and unloading of goods in the yard
