Drake Recruitment is an independent business with an enviable reputation in the supply of temporary, permanent and contract based staff to the warehousing, driving and logistics operating from our Head Office based in Milton Keynes.
During the pandemic Drake Recruitment have seen a rapid growth and are now looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our Dynamic team.
The ideal candidate must have excellent communication and administration skills and be able to work well under pressure.
The day to day duties and responsibilities of the successful applicant will include:
* General day to day admin duties
* Interviewing and screening new candidates remotely
* Updating the database
* Data entry
* Dealing with all clients and bookings
* General administration duties
* Calling clients to check in workers
* Providing an Out Of Hours service on a rotated basis
* Liaising closely with the candidates and making sure they attend their shifts
* Professional telephone manner
* Strong administration skills
Full training of internal systems and processes will be provided
Previous experience of the recruitment sector would be advantageous but is not essential.
