Our client a leading new homes developer are seeking an experienced number one Site Manager for a development in Bedford, Bedfordshire.

The 150 unit traditional build development consists of 3, 4 and 5 bedroom houses. The successful Site Manager will take the project from groundworks through to completion reporting into a Contracts Manager. The Site Manager will be the number one on site working alongside an Assistant Site Manager, Forklift Driver and Labourer. The build programme for this is 3 years with site expecting to start in April 2021.

This developer has a large presence in the Bedfordshire area with a strong future pipeline of work.

Essential:

Proven track record of managing traditional build projects from groundworks through to completion
CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid Certificates
Right to work in the UKOn offer:

£68,000/ £72,000 per annum + car allowance + bonus
