Position – Water Treatment Engineer

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary/Package: £24,000 – £28,000 plus Company Van, Fuel Card, Mobile Phone, Tablet, Pension and 20 days holiday plus statutory days

My client has been established since 1995, specialists in all aspects of water treatment, and endeavour to work to the highest standards and specifications to produce structured water treatment and environmental programmes to suit client requirements.

Now due to expansion we need a Water Treatment Engineer.

Your responsibilities will include:

Carry out on site chemical testing of cooling towers, steam boilers and closed heating/chilled systems
Clean & disinfection of water tanks, cooling systems and descaling calorifier
Clean & disinfection of closed heating/chilled systems
Service company dosing and control equipment and associated plant

To apply you must have or hold:

Having good knowledge of biology and chemistry or environmental sciences would be desirable
A minimum of 1/3 years experience in a similar position in the Water industry
Be practically minded and be able to work in a team
Computer literate
Be self-managing and have the ability to work to specific deadlines, as required
