A residential developer who offers an exceptional collection of quality homes is looking to recruit an experience New Homes Sales Progressor & Administrator to manage the day-to-day sales pipeline and support the sales department with all administrative functions.
You’ll drive sales from the point of reservation through exchange and then legal completion and regularly update the sales team on the progress. You will be contacting Estate Agents and Solicitors, acquiring updates and asking for the next steps and/or action points to be achieved in the set timescales. In your wider duties you will support the sales department with all associated administration, which will include running weekly and monthly sales return reports; preparing and distributing letters to customers; updating Choices & Upgrades trackers; sending quotations for upgrades and issuing tracker to the construction team. You’ll provide weekly updates of development Price Lists and distribute to the Sales Negotiators, Estate Agents and Marketing department and collate information provided for Sales Presentation files, Factsheets, Sales Bible, Completion Manuals, Handovers Pack.
Suitable candidates must have experience of the new homes buying and selling process. You’ll be driven and organised person with a tenacious approach to your work and the ability to look for solutions to overcome hurdles to deliver more sales completions. You’ll have strong IT skills with accurate data entry abilities which delivers accurate reporting.
Only applicants with previous experience in this role will be consider as you’ll need an in depth understanding of the new homes buying and selling processes and procedures
