SAP Administrator – Billing and Projects – (12 month FTC)
Location: Milton Keynes
Salary: £30,000 -KPI Bonus 4,000 plus £5,400 company bonus
Due to expansion, an exciting opportunity has arisen for an SAP Administrator to work within an award-winning global company in Milton Keynes. The Administrator will be working within the Managed Service Contracts Administration Department.
Essential requirements:-
Min of 2 years experience utilising SAP
Excellent sales administration skills
Receiving and processing orders
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Good use of MS packages including Word and Excel
Strong Work ethic and a desire to achieve great results
Excellent communicator with good relationship building skills
Key Responsibilities:-
Invoicing & Maintenance of billing plans for customer contracts on SAP, ensuring financial values are correct and up to date.
Processing Sales orders onto SAP
Administering the ordering of third-party products for customer orders, raising purchase orders that are correct and in a timely manner.
Liaising with internal and external parties in order to ensure the customer receives their scheduled orders
Periodic reviews of usage reports for key customers
