Our Public Sector client is looking to recruit a Facilities Project Manager on a 3 month initial contract to support with the planning and delivery of Facilities and Environmental related projects.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Day to day management of staff working on the project or associated suppliers
* Communicating and consultation with stakeholders
* Project planning, quality management, risk management and change management
* Financial and budget management of projects typically up to the value of £250K
* Reporting on project progress
* Supplier and contractor management
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Project Manager ideally with in teh facilities or environmental area with also the following skills and experience:
* Ideally Prince 2 knowledge or certified
* Full project management life cycle
* Budget management
* Ability to understand objectives and dependencies
* Managing Teams
* Risk Management
