This is a permanent position working for a global manufacturing business as an HR Advisor- Projects & Employee Engagement.
Client Details
Our client is a global leader in the chemical manufacturing industry. They have sites across the UK, EMEA, APAC and are headquartered in the US. After several recent acquisitions, they have a new of new business units that needs to brought inline with standard company HR policy across the board.
Description
The HR Advisor- Projects & Employee Engagement will have full responsibility for a number of HR projects across the EMEA and wider regions, mainly focused around employee engagement. There will be lots of collating data, analysis and process improvement. You may be asked to reach out to various providers on certain projects and understand more about their offerings and then present these to the HRD. There will also be an occasional element of advising line managers on correct HR process. This position would suit someone who is excited by the opportunity to work in a very varied and broad role.
Profile
The ideal HR Advisor- Projects & Employee Engagement will have:
A strong HR generalist background
A passion for projects & EE
CIPD Level 5/ Degree level education
Experience using HRIS systems
An analytical mind
