Are you an experienced contracts manager or technical manager within facilities? Do you have experience of working within large commercial environments? Do you have experience of working on contracts of £5m+? Are you looking to join a growing company?
My client are one of the leading facilities companies in the country, they are currently seeking an experienced manager to join a large site close to High Wycombe. The main purpose of the role is to prove leadership and management to the on site team, as well as develop the contract and the client relationship, keeping within a defined contract, ensuring financial, and operational commitments are met and exceeded.

Provide leadership, and ensure that contractual commitments are met and exceeded.
Ensure that opportunities for the strategic development of the contract are exploited, to deliver increased turnover and profitability
Adding additional services and projects increase contract value
Ensuring business policies and processes are effectively communicated, and implemented within the contract.
Ensure the provision of healthy and safe working conditions and that both clients and Company health and safety policy and process is effectively implemented
Manager optimum staffing structures operate across contracts, balancing cost reduction with the delivery of service excellence.
Contracts are staffed by fully competent teams, ensuring post holders are fully competent, and that effective succession planning arrangements are in place,
Monitoring staff retention rates and ensuring staff training & development plans are produced.
Development of contract financial plans for revenue and profit delivery, reduction of WIP, debt, cost reduction and contract growth, and ensure that these are met and exceeded.
To have a sound financial and contractual knowledge of the service contract to enable monthly contract
Ensuring a customer focus within all areas of operational activities, and that effective relationships are maintained with key client contacts. Ensuring contractually agreed SLA's and KPI's are met and necessary record retention demonstrating adherence.
Monitor contract and ensure that the terms of SLA's and KPI's are being met The Ideal Candidate Will have:
Technically qualified with NVQ or equivalent Electrical or Mechancial bias
Knowledge and experience of compliance and managing Log Books
Experience managing both direct and indirect staff
Experience with bidding for extra works and involved in these projects
