CONTRACTS MANAGER – SOCIAL HOUSING – MARLOW/WEST LONDON

A privately owned construction contractor who are based in the heart of Marlow are seeking a Contracts Manager to help deliver a 5-year framework for local boroughs across West London.

The first part of the framework will consist of 70-100 projects, the majority will be refurbishment and refits across government-backed social housing schemes.

The successful Contracts Manager will be required to run between 10-20 sites all valued around the £150k-£200k mark.

The role will be office based in Marlow centre, with projects across West London.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience at a Project Manager or Contracts Manager level, and have been working on refurbishments/refits, predominately on Social Housing schemes.

* You will be ambitious and progressive in your career

* Must be experienced in MS Office software such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

* Be able to work under pressure, to deadlines and prompt turnaround times.

* Hold a full UK Driving Licence

* SMSTS essential

* NEBOSH desired

This contractor could consider a Project Manager who is looking to take the next step into a Contracts Manager position.

Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 – pension & expenses
