Marketing Manager – Remote Working – £35k

Our client is an award winning brand, on its way to becoming a household name. Offering quality and innovative product, our client prides itself on the design and impact the product offers its customers. To support their continued success alongside the business ambition, we are looking to appoint a Marketing Manager to join the team.

The position of Marketing Manager can be based anywhere in the UK as our client is a big believer in flexible working. On a day to day basis, you will be working in a small team and you will be responsible for the following:

Work with the Co-Founders to create and execute the Marketing vision
Identify KPI's around brand health, follower numbers, community engagement and sales
Proactively take a hold of website development
Ensure a social media plan is in place across all owned channels
Create, deliver and review all marketing campaigns
Own and develop email as a key marketing channel
Improve audience segmentation, customer journeys and lifetime value optimisation
Manage external partners/agencies
Manage relationships with influencers
Develop customer referral strategyAbout you:

+5 years in a DTC marketing role with a deep knowledge of email marketing, optimisation and implementation of email workflows through A/B testing
Sound knowledge of digital marketing across Facebook commerce, web, social, CRM and email
Klaviyo specialist
Evidence of delivering successful marketing campaigns, with a clear understanding of marketing channels and processes that deliver a strong ROI
In depth knowledge of content marketing strategies and how to leverage platform capabilities
Ability to work with customer insights and analytics to drive future activity and strategies
Drive and energy to take hold of a marketing plan, deliver and push boundariesIn addition to the above, you will be someone who loves to learn and develop through self study and seeking opportunities in a business. You will appreciate the need to operate with a sense of urgency and your curious mind will lead you to being the first to learn of new trends in the market.
