Plus cycle to work scheme, study support and moreYour Role at SignatureAs our BI Analyst, you’ll play a key role in our finance department, ensuring all operational and financial decisions are undertaken using the latest information and insights. You’ll be responsible for creating and maintaining standard reports and analysis that will influence decision making across Signature.

You’ll work closely with our Data & Quality team to understand raw data, and you’ll own the process of turning that data into useful insights. You’ll create reports using Power BI, analyse strengths and weaknesses within the business, communicate the findings of your analysis, and maintain and improve Signature’s reporting structure.

You’ll also work alongside business partners and the senior leadership team, to ensure they have relevant and up to date analysis to understand the key drivers and business performance within their areas.

You’re a creative thinker and a logical problem solver, with a keen eye for detail. You have outstanding organisational skills, you’re an excellent communicator and you work well under pressure. You’ll be confident in analysing key data and creating in-depth reports, and you’ll have experience working in a similar role. Knowledge of the UK health and social care sector would be a big advantage.
