Site Manager

You will be responsible for the delivery of £1.6m refurbishment of a complex including offices, workshop and storage space. Duties will include programming, monitoring progress and chairing progress meetings.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this role you must;

• Have recent, relevant experience as a Site Manager on commercial refurbishments and new builds
• Be fully IT literate and hold SMSTS, First Aid and Black CSCS Card
• Hold at least a HND in a relevant qualification such as Building Studies

Duration

This is a permanent role.

Location

Project is in High Wycombe and our client are located in Leighton Buzzard.

Pay rate

£50k – £60k per annum plus car allowance
