Assistant Centre Manager – Serviced Offices
* Monday to Friday – 9am to 5pm

Our client is an established has an established serviced office business and they are looking for an assistant centre manager within their developing and growing company.
Duties to include:
* Assisting the centre manager on a daily basis with all round smooth running of the serviced office
* Looking after existing clients and dealing with their queries
* Purchasing goods and items
* Showing round potential new clients
* Doing quotes for offices rates
* Ensuring new office setups are completed on time
* Making sure all areas are tidy and kept up to date
* Booking of boardrooms
* Managing reception area and office visitors
* Handling incoming calls
You will need:
* Ideally experience within a serviced office environment
* Excellent customer service skills
* A desire to help clients and solve their problems and queries quickly
* Computer literate
* Good telephone manner
