Main purpose of the role:
Carbon 60 are looking for competitive and driven individuals to join us as a Trainee Resourcer on the CityFibre account. This is initially working from home until current COVID-19 restrictions are lifted and will then be office-based in Aylesbury.
This is working for the CityFibre account supporting the candidate process for Fibre and Civil candidates across the £4bn investment programme. This project will be bringing full fibre internet connectivity to 8 million homes and premises across the UK.
Job responsibilities:
To effectively manage candidate applications ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Proactively source passive and active candidates using job boards and social media.
Telephone screening of all applicants before sending them to the next stage ensuring only the appropriate candidates are presented.
To ensure all documentation is correctly completed and stored.
Maintain all files and databases to ensure the effective support, tracking and management of the candidates.
Ensure full compliance of all data entered onto the database and ensure candidate MI is kept current and correct to allow for reporting.
Build and maintain excellent working relationships with on-site contacts.
Key Skills
Strong telephone and verbal communication skills.
Preferably a background in recruitment or customer service.
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Reliable and well organised.
Able to work well under pressure and to short deadlines.
Team player with a flexible and confident approach to work.
