Fabulous opportunity to work for our client who is a Learning and Development organisation.
They’re looking for an exceptional senior level Operations Manager who has exceptional communication skills and is confident with systems and has utilised project management software. You’ll be integrating these tools into existing platforms. It's essential you have advanced knowledge of Word, Excel and SAP (PowerPoint would be advantageous).
As a member of the Senior Management Team you will be representing the company across all of its clients and you’ll gain a thorough understanding of the company’s services in order you can confidently speak about them and deputise for the MD.
This is a role which you can become fully submerged in all aspects of the company (not just your own role). You will know and actively support the company’s policies for Equality and Diversity, Environment and Data Protection.
You’ll be joining a small office-based team, running around 200 Learning & Development Associates based in the UK and Internationally.
Duties to include (a full JD is available):
* Implementing project plans for new and existing contracts and ensuring all stakeholders are managed and key milestones met
* Lead the recruitment, engagement and retention of a network of c.200 Associates located across the UK, Europe and worldwide
* Be responsible for all programme evaluation; developing and implementing new metrics as required to evidence effectiveness to clients
* Ensure all legal documents such as client contracts and Associate agreements are up to date and in place, and executed
* Lead, line manage and develop the Operations team
* Contribute to the creation and implementation of the business strategy through membership of the Senior Management Team
* Develop KPIs and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of the operations
* Create efficiencies in SAP B1 and other areas of operations, particularly automated processes
* Be a member of the Quality Forum and take a leading role in the maintenance of the ISO9001 standard
* Pro-actively identify and assess the impact of risks, issues and dependencies and take corrective action to reduce operational failures, maximise benefits and restrict costs
* Develop and manage solid business relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
